My care was very good and as far as I am concerned there could not be any improvement to my care and the constant attention that was given.
The staff were helpful cheerful and informative.

Nurses were kind and compassionate however I was told to arrive at 7.30 am yet did not go to surgery until 4:40 pm.
Not only had I begun to get a headache from fasting, the psychological effect of being kept waiting was very distressing.
This was an operation, I was already very anxious about (mastectomy) if I'd been allowed even a cup of water or tea it would've calmed my nerves.
If doctors have a surgery list than consideration should be given to running it more efficiently. i.e patient admission time staggered or allowing drinks for later patients.

The smiles, professionals, caring, compassionate. Sn Miriam was fantastic, her mamas worked better than Morphene. :-). Was awesome too.

I was treated with dignity and respect from everyone.
I was so frightened and the staff made me feel very safe.
